Ted Takai III
Some people are passionate about food, wine or travel. Ted’s one true passion is real estate. From tax-sheltering advantages to protection against money creation and inflation, he finds everything about this industry to be exciting. Ted credits his father and mentor for his lifelong passion, and now he is proud to see his passion and vision come to life with Vesta Hawaii Property Management. Together with his wife and co-founder Courtney, Ted thrives when he is helping others achieve real estate success on the great island of Oahu.
Just for fun: When not in the office, Ted enjoys being on the golf course or in the ocean surfing.
Vice President, Principal Broker
With a warm smile and friendly demeanor, Courtney enjoys welcoming clients into the Vesta Hawaii Property Management family. Courtney is an investment property owner herself, so she relates to her clients and remains committed to the goal of maximizing occupancy and revenue while preserving the tangible value of her client’s asset. She has extensive experience in the single-family home, condo, townhouse, multi-family, and new construction markets. Having represented principals of transactions throughout Oahu, Courtney offers a broad knowledge base of the island’s neighborhoods. Courtney holds a Masters Degree in Marketing and Negotiations, and has over 11 years of real estate experience.
Just for fun: When she’s not working, Courtney can be found doing what she loves most: Spending quality time with her husband and four children.
Although her husband’s job with the Coast Guard brought Shannon to Hawaii, this energetic New Jersey native couldn’t be happier to call Oahu home. Shannon holds a Bachelors degree in Merchandising Management from Virginia Tech.
Just for fun: When she’s not managing the Vesta Hawaii Property Management Office, you’ll find Shannon enjoying the outdoors, preferably hiking orpaddle boarding.

Darnelle truly enjoys maintaining the homes of her native land. In fact, she handles every property with the same care and attention as if it were her own. And that’s why he is the perfect fit for Vesta Hawaii Property Management. Darnelle has been working with Ted and his family for the past 14 years.
Just for fun: Everyone who knows Darnelle knows that she values the people in her life above all else. In her off time, you’ll find her surrounded by family and friends.

Property Management Coordinator
Linda’s goal is to provide Vesta Hawaii’s clients with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that their investment property is caringly and attentively managed.
Just for fun: Linda’s diverse interests range from hiking to reading and handicrafts to adventure travel.
